Another very tight space called for some creative designing to include all the wishes of the homeowner. Wanting to extend their living space to the max, while including a fire feature, and a built in kitchen area was top priority. By designing the fire pit on the edge of the upper patio, it could be enjoyed by both spaces. A small water feature was added for sound, and plants and a strategically placed privacy fence was added to block the view of the trash cans and artificial turf area for the dog. And to top it off, metal art work was placed as a focal point. Sometimes small spaces are the most fun!
