When the homeowner was told that he had a lot of functional and useable space in this yard, he originally reacted with skepticism. However, when the design revealed a clean, open, and liveable space where an uncharted jungle once was, he became excited for the transformation. Privacy, low maintenance, a clean appearance, and the use of high quality materials were important to the homeowner, and this design delivered, while accommodating entertaining, cooking, and dining.
